Home Backup Systems opened in 2006 to serve the local Fort Atkinson and surrounding areas with quality standby generator sales and service. Since that time, we have added additional offices in Appleton, Mosinee, Elcho & Rhinelander and our territory has grown to include all of Wisconsin, northern Illinois, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We have also expanded to serve as the generator service provider for a large number of Home Depot and Costco stores across Wisconsin. Here at Home Backup Systems, we know choosing a standby solution is a complicated process, so we spend a lot of time prior to any sale, ensuring our customers have a complete understanding of how it works and all of the options available. This helps us to partner with our customers to ensure they are getting exactly what they need. We offer full installation services, parts, warranty service and repairs along with annual maintenance service and agreements.
